Several new parks opening this summer are now shown along with their official names and a few details.

UPDATED FORSYTH COUNTY PARK MAP
3. CANEY CREEK PRESERVE – 2755 Caney Road, Cumming - 63 acres. Natural amphitheater, walking trails, pavilion, 2 dog parks and playground.
6. CHATTAHOOCHEE POINTE – 5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Drive, Suwanee –100 acres. Walking trails, disc golf, pavilions, playground.
11. HAW CREEK PARK – 2205 Echols Road, Cumming – 85 acres. Walking trails, mountain bike trails, playground.
14. OLD ATLANTA PARK - 810 Nichols Rd., Cumming - 39 acres. Recreation center (now open) with 2 gymnasiums, community room, activity classroom, dance studio, fitness studio, cardio/weight room and indoor walking track. Spray pad, walking trails, pavilions and playgrounds opening summer 2012. |
